We're at 809 King St. East in Hamilton, Ontario. Directly beside The Kitchen Collective at King St and Fairleigh Ave. Our sunny store front has meter parking available right out front or you can find free street parking on the side streets around us.
We are limited to a maximum of 8 shoppers at a time. Face masks or coverings must be worn following the City of Hamilton's Covid-19 guidelines. If you are sick or have any Covid symptoms, please stay home.

Let our knowledgeable staff help you find the right yoga props and meditation pillows to fit your body and your needs. We have lots of space to try all of our yoga and meditation products before you buy them.
Many of our staff are certified yoga and meditation instructors who can offer you guidance and suggestions for how to best support your home yoga practice or daily meditation rituals with the right props and accessories.
Sitting Fittings and Personal Prop Shopping
Feel free to drop in anytime during our regular business hours. We are open;
Tuesdays thru Fridays 10am - 5pm
Saturdays 11am - 3pm
You can also schedule a personalized shopping appointment or Sitting Fitting during these hours. Shelley or Jenny are both experienced yoga and meditation teachers who are happy to set you up in many different meditation cushion variations to see what cushions fit your body and preferred meditation style best.
We can also help you in and out of yoga poses with bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps and other props to help you find the best supports for your unique needs and practice style.

We appreciate your extra efforts to support our small business so we want to reward you with a chance to win a special bolster. Anytime you pay with your debit card or cash, you can fill out a ballot to be entered to win a special Long & Lean Bolster. We'll be drawing the name for the special bolster on Tuesday, December 21st.
Guided Meditation Class
To celebrate our first Saturday being open we are offering a pre-registered Guided Meditation Class hosted by owner, Shelley Gordon. This class is limited to 8 participants and requires proof of double vaccination. The shop will be open exclusively for the Guided Meditation participants from 10am - 11am with the meditation portion between 10:15 - 10:45am.
The cost to join our meditation class is $15 per person with $5 of each class being donated to our Holiday Food Drive with Hamilton Food Share. We encourage you to bring in a non-perishable food item to donate as well.
We will provide you with all the meditation cushions and meditation props you need to make your experience as comfortable as possible. This is a wonderful opportunity to try new styles of meditation and all of the possible meditation cushions to support your meditation practice as best as possible.

Help Feed Our Community
All November and December long we will be accepting donations for our Holiday Food Drive in support of Hamilton Food Share. We encourage you to bring in non-perishable food items or cash donations. Our goal is to donate 200 pounds of food plus $200 in cash donations.
If you bring in a donation, you'll also be entered to win the special bolster. Just fill in a ballot for your chance to win!
Here is Hamilton Food Share's list of the most needed items.

Tuna, salmon, or any tinned fish
Beans (e.g. dried or canned lentils, chickpeas, red or white kidney beans)
