Pacific Long & Lean Bolster
Our Long & Lean Bolsters are extra long to support the entire length of the spine. We made them slightly narrower to promote gentle chest openers and safer back bends without sacrificing the support and stability you want from a bolster. A great tool for reducing back pain and encouraging rest.

Supported Bridge Pose
Place bolster under back of pelvis & relax into it -
Supported Child's Pose
Lay your stomach and chest over the bolster with your arms on either side, relax, and enjoy -
Supported Fish Pose
Sit in front of bolster with short end close to spine. Lay spine over bolster, tuck chin, extend arms to comfortable distance & soften everything

If you are looking to get a bolster stop your search here. You NEED this one, the extra length is amazing for full spinal support and its width is perfect it fits just between my shoulder blades for a gentle heart opener. I showed it to my mother in-law and now she is going to order one for herself as well. It is firm but soft and looks to be VERY well made. I’m just in love 😍 and bonus it’s supporting local Canadians selling a sustainable product and I couldn’t be more happy about it being organic cotton filled!!!!
I love my new bolster! I did a lot of research to get the right type and size of bolster that I required for my best practice. This one is long enough to support my entire torso and head, narrow enough to let my shoulders drop and open my chest but still support me and just the right height off the ground for side bends and back arches etc... It's solid and comfortable. On top of all that it's absolutely beautiful, made from environmentally friendly materials and hand made by an Ontario business! Well worth the money! Thank you :)
Love this bolster! Beautiful pattern, well made and makes some of my yoga poses easier to do, especially pigeon! Would highly recommend!
