Comfy, supportive mat that isn't too small like other zabuton's I've tried.
I have a zabuton from another Canadian company and the quality of this piece surpasses the competition hands down.
First, the pride taken in the workmanship on this piece is clearly evident from tiny details (like little hearts on the tag that the safety pin goes through) to well-thought out grab handles.
The sit set has changed my meditation experience. The lift in my sit bones and cushioning under my ankles has helped me to focus on my meditation, not my inner complainer:)
