Join Jenny for this 4 week series of in-person Mindful Moves yoga classes.
What to expect in Jenny's Mindful Moves Class…
Jenny will guide you through some standing postures to get your body flowing but much of this class will be done on the floor, supported by lots of props. You'll be invited to pay attention to your body and breath as you move through yoga poses and mindfulness practices.

Dates: Tuesdays in February - 7, 14, 21, 28
Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Space is limited for this an intimate class.
Bolsters and other props will be provided by Love My Mat.
Participants are invited to wear comfortable clothes and bring their yoga mat, water and a blanket if they like.
Please note - This session is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and we will not be offering any make-up dates for these series.
