Join Shelley for this 4 week series of in-person gentle yoga classes. 

What to expect in Shelley's Move & Meditate Class…
This yoga class will be slow and gentle without any standing postures. Shelley will guide you through floor-based movements to get in tune with your body, lubricate your joints and open your heart. She will offer lots of variations and modifications for poses and encourage you to use as many props as possible. 
The first 45 minutes will be movement, followed by a group meditation. During the meditation you can sit, support yourself with props or lay in savasana. You'll be guided into breath and awareness as we sit in community silence.

Location: 809 King St. East, Hamilton, ON L8M 1A8
Dates: Wednesdays in February - 1, 8, 15, 22 
Time: 9am - 10am

Space is limited for this an intimate class.
Bolsters and other props will be provided by Love My Mat.
Participants are invited to wear comfortable clothes and bring their yoga mat, water and a blanket if they like. 
Please note - This session is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and we will not be offering any make-up dates for these series.
Discounts are not valid on in-person classes.
