Laurel Traditional Bolster
The Traditional Bolster is the perfect companion for your restorative yoga practice. Handmade with a soft and supportive wide surface, this versatile prop provides comfort and stability during your poses. Unwind and relax with the Traditional Bolster.
This fabric was rescued from a warehouse. It has a high cotton content, but also some polyester or other mixed fibres. It has a similar texture to an embossed pillow.

Supported Bridge Pose
Place bolster under back of pelvis & relax into it -
Supported Child's Pose
Lay your stomach and chest over the bolster with your arms on either side, relax, and enjoy -
Savasana
Place the bolster under your knees while laying on your back to take the pressure off the lower back
