I needed a zabuton (large pillow/mat) to place under my meditation bench. Little did I know that a quality maker of such items was almost in my back yard. Zabutons can be too thin to be comfortable or too thick to be a stable base for good balanced posture when sitting. This one is perfect comfort for my aged knees and ankles while giving my bench a firm foundation. The denim cover is so nicely crafted with the zipper precisely sewn in. This feels like a luxurious, last-for-a-lifetime piece. I actually look forward to every sitting session on this cushion. Love My Mat. Makes me think of other possible purchases. I’m meditating on it.
