It's a beautiful light weight blanket to use as a little extra support during your meditation or yoga practice or to add to a bed or use by a fire during these winter months. Great quality

The Mexican blankets fold well as props and open up large for cozy shavasana. The heavy thickness helps provide calming deep pressure for grounding input. Wash well.. love them💕
