Our Long & Lean Bolster is here to make you feel your best. This modern bolster helps you reap all the benefits of yoga, providing you with the perfect level of support to help you relax into every pose.
Cover was made from cotton curtains we rescued from a local thrift shop. Pre-washed so this cover can be machine washed and dried.

- Filled with 100% natural cotton (NO polyurethane foam)
- Unbleached cotton inner liner

HOW TO USE
- Supported Bridge Pose
Place bolster under back of pelvis & relax into it - Supported Child's Pose
Lay your stomach and chest over the bolster with your arms on either side, relax, and enjoy - Supported Fish Pose
Sit in front of bolster with short end close to spine. Lay spine over bolster, tuck chin, extend arms to comfortable distance & soften everything

This is narrower and slightly longer (my head remains supported) than the traditional bolsters that my yoga studio uses, but i actually really love this! Its the perfect size! The fabric used is of good quality and professionally sewn. Unless you’re looking for the traditional wider bolster then i would definitely recommend this one. I also like that it easily tucks away in my small square footage home and that it was made right here at home in Canada!
