The Vinyl Long & Lean Bolster is a great prop for therapeutic use. Its vinyl material is easy to disinfect and its shape is perfect for any massage or physio clinic. Enjoy comfort and durability.

    • Supported Bridge Pose
      Place bolster under back of pelvis & relax into it
    • Supported Child's Pose
      Lay your stomach and chest over the bolster with your arms on either side, relax, and enjoy
    • Supported Fish Pose
      Sit in front of bolster with short end close to spine. Lay spine over bolster, tuck chin, extend arms to comfortable distance & soften everything

    Great quality & fabric!

    This is narrower and slightly longer (my head remains supported) than the traditional bolsters that my yoga studio uses, but i actually really love this! Its the perfect size! The fabric used is of good quality and professionally sewn. Unless you’re looking for the traditional wider bolster then i would definitely recommend this one. I also like that it easily tucks away in my small square footage home and that it was made right here at home in Canada!

    Such an amazing quality bolster! I love how firm it is to help provide extra support in various poses. Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

    Love my new bolster.

    I had been debating about buying a bolster for awhile, and Love My Mat was recommended by my sister for their sustainability. I love their ethos of reusing materials, and it is by far the highest quality bolster I have seen.

    I really loved the personalised note that came with my bolster, it was such a nice touch. Can't wait to purchase more of their products :)
