Wipeable Vinyl Bolster Covers

Bolsters are also available with wipeable, vegan leather covers. We make these covers from high quality boat and car vinyl to help reduce the risk of cracking or ripping. Vinyl bolsters are great for outdoor yoga, hot yoga studios or therapy clinics because they are easy to clean.

How to use a Long & Lean Bolster

• Supported Bridge Pose
  Place bolster under back of pelvis & relax into it
• Supported Child's Pose
  Lay your stomach and chest over the bolster with your arms on either side, relax, and enjoy
• Supported Fish Pose
  Sit in front of bolster with short end close to spine. Lay spine over bolster, tuck chin, extend arms to comfortable distance & soften everything

Bolster Care Instructions

Machine wash cover in cold water. Hang or lay flat to dry.
Inner pillow can be spot cleaned. Do not let inner pillow get wet.
