SUGGESTED USES
1. Seated Forward Fold Enhancer
In poses like Paschimottanasana (seated forward fold), place the bolster along your legs and fold forward over it. It encourages a deeper release with less strain, especially helpful for those working with tight hamstrings or seeking a more restorative version of the pose.
2. Supported Side-Lying Twist
Lie on your side with knees bent, and place the bolster along your torso—tucked close to your belly and chest. Gently drape your upper body over the bolster, turning your chest slightly toward the floor for a supported twist. Rest one cheek on the bolster, arms relaxed around it.
3. Gentle Heart Opener for Desk Workers
