I really enjoy my meditation cushion as I can finally begin to elevate my meditation practice to another level. I used to become really uncomfortable, which made me struggle to maintain my practice for more than 5 minutes. Now, I can actually sit and let got of my physical self and go deeper in my meditation. I also love that it is in vinyl because I can meditate outside and not worry about stains!
I received my cushion and incorporated it into my yoga practice at the start and finish of a class. I also use it when I need a lift to extend a forward bend. I like the amount of “give” in the filling; not too soft not too firm.

Promptly put this to use as soon as it arrived...which, it arrived by Canada Post very quickly. I have been putting this on my office chair during work hours and it has made such a difference with my back on pain with some improved posture (used with a standing/sitting desk) Outside work, I like it for my meditation practice and some assisted poses in my yoga practice. All of my LMM products are so good and especially love the sustainable aspect of the company using rescued materials!
