    Bolster Care
    Wipe cover with any cleaner you wish, or try vinegar and water. Spot clean inner pillow. Do not wash inner pillow or let it get wet.

    Bought 2...love them for restorative Yoga, put under knees when in resting poses, or under side of knees in triangular poses, so much easier to insert and remove as much smaller than regular bolster
