3 Ways to Practice Self Care with the Self Care Package

Night Time Self Care Ritual (1-2 hours)

We recommend a cup of tea with a good book.
Then run yourself a warm bath with a few added drops of Lavender Oil.
Practice self-love with a self massage by rubbing the rich Salve into your feet and hands for a few minutes.
Then lay down for a good night’s sleep with the sleep-inducing Flax & Lavender Eye Pillow draped over your eyes.

Morning Self Care Ritual (10 minutes)

*Place your Flax & Lavender Eye Pillow in the freezer overnight.

Add a drop of Lavender Oil to your wrists and practice 3 – 5 Sun Salutations.
